How often can I get new coupons?

New coupons will be made available periodically. So check often for exciting offers by pressing Pickup Coupons from the main menu options.

How long can I keep coupons on my phone before I use them?

Unused coupons stay on your phone until their expiry date. All coupons that are about to expire within 1 week will display a red exclamation mark against them.

How do I tell the new coupons on my phone from the old ones?

A new coupon has a ‘New’ mark next to it. This will remain till you select the coupon to view its details. Once you view the details, it will not be marked ‘New’ anymore.

How do I uninstall Coufon?

You can uninstall Coufon using the Application Manager on your phone. This will differ from phone to phone. On some phones, you may have to launch the application manager, select Coufon from the installed applications list and choose Delete/Remove from the menu. On other phones, you may not be required to launch the manager, just choose Delete/Remove from the phone menu after selecting Coufon. Please refer to your phone’s manual to follow the exact instructions to uninstall Coufon.

I uninstalled Coufon, now I want it again. How do I get it?

See ‘How do I download and install Coufon application?’ above. You will lose all coupons you had on the phone when you uninstall.
