- All Coufon-related activity whether downloading the application or downloading and using coupons is absolutely FREE for StarHub post-paid mobile customers. However, standard GPRS charges apply for StarHub pre-paid mobile customers.

- We hate spam too! The Coufon service uses a sophisticated mechanism to make coupon promotions available on our servers from your favourite brands. You simply download these coupons whenever YOU like. We won’t PUSH anything to you.

Where is Coufon installed?
- This differs from phone to phone. Following are some common locations:
- Applications
- Games
- My Own (on some Nokia N Series phones)
- Click on the menu button on your phone to access these locations.
On some phones, you will be prompted where to install Coufon during download and installation.

I have located Coufon on the phone but it does not launch. What do I do?

I can launch Coufon, but I cannot download any coupons. Why?

- If you are downloading coupons for the first time, you will be prompted to update your profile. Please ensure that you complete this step successfully.
- When the application tries to use the network to update your profile and download coupons, you may be prompted for permission to allow this. Please grant the permission, or coupon download will not work.
- Ensure that your GPRS settings are correctly configured. If there are separate settings for Java applications, you may need to set these too.
- If you are prompted to choose an Access Point or Internet Profile to use when the application is connecting to the network, please ensure you choose the correct one.

Can I remove coupons from my phone if I want to?
- Yes, you can. Simply, choose Delete or Delete All from the Coufon Options menu. In addition, all used or expired coupons are automatically removed from your phone.

How many coupons can I store on my phone at a time?
- We have set a maximum limit of 30 coupons that can be stored on the phone at any time. Coupons are kept small in size so as not to take up a lot of your phone memory.

Why am I being asked to create a profile?
- Creating your profile is really quick. Knowing a bit about our users such as you helps us to source the most appropriate offers for you.

- No, we value your profile information as much as you do. We do not reveal it to third parties.

What are categories? Is it possible to download coupons from a specific category?
- All coupons made available to you are neatly organized on your phone under popular categories. In case you are interested in a few specific categories, you can download coupons only from those categories and ignore the rest.

I saw a coupon search code in the papers. How do I use it?

Launch the Coufon application. Under the Pickup Coupons option on the main menu, choose the Download by code option and enter the search code in the text field provided to download that specific coupon.

How can I tell if I have already used a coupon?
- All coupons are automatically removed from your phone after the last use.

What happens to coupons that I don’t use?
- Coupons have an expiry date associated with them. When a coupon reaches its expiry date it gets automatically removed from your phone.

Can I reuse a coupon?
- Each coupon is preset to be made available for one or more redemptions (or uses). Typically, a coupon is automatically deleted after redemption. In case a coupon is set for more than one redemption, it will stay in your phone till all redemptions are exhausted. The coupon will show you the number of redemptions left. After the last redemption, it will be automatically deleted.

When I download coupons, can I get the same coupon again?
- No, you will not receive the same coupon again. However, if you know of an advertised code for a coupon, you can request that coupon again by using the Download by code option under Pickup Coupons.
